B. Robert Piller, President and Founder
Bob Piller is President and Founder of Isee Communications. Mr. Piller has directed Isee from its inception as a firm dedicated to designing state-of-the-art E‑Rate supported networks, providing sophisticated video conferencing and video streaming services, and providing excellent network management services. Over the past decade, Mr. Piller worked in diverse positions in the advanced technology industry. His experiences as president of HiSynergy Communications, as Chief Technology Strategist for the Consortium for Worker Education and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for ICI Learning, add insight to making Isee a dynamic source for the organizations and businesses that it serves.
Mr. Piller served for over twenty years as Director and General Counsel at the Public Utility Law Project (PULP), a public-interest law firm representing the interests of workers and low-income utility, energy and telecommunications users. Mr. Piller also served as Vice-Chair of the New York State Advanced Telecommunications Program, and developed initiatives to bring the benefits of advanced technologies to hard to reach communities.
Previously Mr. Piller served as an attorney in the Volunteers In Service To America program, and held positions with Mobilization For Youth Legal Services and the Legal Aid Society. Mr. Piller, a graduate of Brooklyn College and Brooklyn Law School , has taught law school courses on “Regulated Industries” and “Administrative Law.”
Michael J. Betzag, Network Manager

Mike Betzag is the Network Manager at Isee Communications with responsibility for all video network integration and management. Mr. Betzag's expertise is grounded in the telecommunication and information technology industries. He has extensive experience in video creation, transport and distribution, and video network operations and support. After more than 25 years with NYNEX, including 12 as a Video Systems Specialist, Mr. Betzag served as Account Manager for Videoconferencing Systems Inc., Sales Engineer at NET2000, and Lead Videoconferencing Engineer for the Consortium for Worker Education.
